Founded in 1995, Artemel & Associates, Inc. is a woman-owned land use planning and strategic management firm, with headquarters in historic Alexandria, Virginia. Our services are available to government agencies, private clients, and non-profit organizations. Artemel's Principals and affiliates have expertise in a variety of areas, including urban planning, architecture, economic development, public policy, and management. We supplement these capabilities through a network of affiliated firms and independent professionals. Artemel takes on projects across most land use sectors. Our sister company, Artemel International, Inc. provides dealmaking services related to municipal infrastructure and energy projects in the Middle East, Balkans, and the former Soviet Republics.
