In an area of Alexandria, Virginia with more than 250 acres of obsolete industrial uses and open space, Artemel & Associates helped to facilitate and provided background material for an Urban Land Institute Technical Assistance Panel analyzing the development and redevelopment options for the area. We are also advising the Eisenhower Avenue Public-Private Partnership on appropriate areas for growth, development, redevelopment, and conservation. The area features the Van Dorn Street Metrorail Station and a key interchange of I-495.
