Artemel & Associates does market and financial analyses to determine the highest and best use for land in the market segment that makes the most sense when true rigor is applied. We also perform more specific studies within a specified market type (e.g. residential), and are asked to recommend appropriate development patterns for a site based on the prevailing and forecasted market. Quite often, we follow up on our market analysis with a pro forma financial analysis that determines the costs and revenues associated with the recommended development pattern (see Project Feasibility).
