The Association retained Artemel & Associates when it purchased a city block for their planned three-phase office campus. Site planning and permit processing services were provided for their first 100,000 square foot building. Subsequently, Artemel & Associates obtained two five-year extensions on the validity of approved site plans for the remaining buildings, and worked on a third extension that incorporated entirely new designs.
