Artemel & Associates worked with the Arlandria and Del Ray communities in Alexandria, Virginia to gain public support for the redevelopment of an abandoned gas station site into a community shopping center. The firm also provided planning and permit processing services, obtaining Special Use Permit approval for a range of proposed restaurants and retail stores including Ecco Restaurant, an Ethiopian grocery, and a restaurant cruise ship.
