Cold War Museum
For more than four years, Artemel & Associates has assisted the proposed Cold War Museum. Initially Artemel & Associates  conducted a visitor study to evaluate the visitor potential of alternative locations in Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Subsequently, Artemel & Associates structured a public/private partnership between the Museum and the Fairfax County Park Authority for a publicly-owned site.  Artemel & Associates coordinated engineering, architecture, planning, and financial analysis for constructing the museum at the former National Nike Site, and proposed a detailed plan for redeveloping the site and financing the museum.
