For a new community bank in Northern Virginia, Artemel & Associates evaluated potential branch locations in a number of cities and counties. The evaluation included a demographic analysis, including the number and type of customers who could be served, a regulatory analysis of specific sites to determine the feasibility of a branch bank at that location, and a cost-benefit analysis for converting an existing building or leasing space.
